During my week-long stay at Shams Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and amenities provided. the spacious room was well-equipped with side tables, wardrobes, a TV with cable, and a functioning AC, albeit needing a bit of servicing. the reception staff's warmth and proactive communication, confirming my late-night arrival, made me feel truly valued. the 24-hour hot water availability and comfortable beds, paired with the clean bathroom, exemplified the hotel's attention to detail and guest comfort. Shams Inn went above and beyond my expectations, offering a seamless and delightful experience for any traveler seeking comfort and efficiency.
